  • 2 [two] of big potato

  • 1 [one] tablespoon of fresh chopped/dried rosemary
  • 1 [one] teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of salt
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] of teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 [two] cup of canned chicken broth

Cooking process;

  • Put pan and preheat to 400 [four hundred] degree of Fahrenheit
  • Put potatoes in the big saucepan
  • Pour potatoes with water
  • Set oven in high heat and boil it
  • Reduce heat; simmer for ten minutes
  • Simmer potatoes until look like fork tender
  • Drain potatoes and move into big bowl
  • Add some sour cream; margarine, salt and other seasoning; set aside
  • Put oil and heat it in the big skillet
  • Heat oil in medium/high heat
  • Add some carrot, onion, celery and cook it for three minutes
  • Add dome turkey and cook it until look like browned
  • Add rosemary, flour, pepper, salt and thyme; stir it to coat
  • Add broth and simmer for three minutes until look like thicken
  • Move turkey mixture to nine inches and deep a dish pie.
  • Spread potatoes in all over the top by using back side of spoon
  • You can create a swirl decoration over the top
  • Baking potatoes until look like golden for thirty minutes
  • Slice it into six pieces
  • Serve your shepherd pie
