Vegetables tortilla soup is a great weight watcher recipe. This recipe is loaded with onion, garlic, tomato, chicken broth, salsa, pepper, celery, cilantro, chili powder, basil, sour cream and flour. Ingredients;

  • 1 [one] cup of chopped onion
  • 2 [two] of chopped garlic cloves
  • 3 [three] chopped green onion
  • 12 [twelve] Oz cans of diced tomatoes
  • 4 [four] cup of reduced fat chicken broth
  • 1⁄3 [one three] cup of salsa
  • 1⁄2 [half] chopped red pepper
  • 1⁄2 [half] chopped green pepper
  • 3 [three] stalk chopped celery
  • 1⁄3 [one three] cup of fresh cilantro
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of cumin
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of basil
  • 4 [four] tablespoon of nonfat sour cream
  • 4 [four] tablespoon of flour

Cooking process;

  • Add green onion; garlic in the pan
  • Cook and simmer them until tender
  • Place ingredients in the pot
  • Simmer until tender
  • serve
