  2. 1 sliced red bell pepper,
  3. 1 sliced green bell pepper,
  4. 1 sliced yellow bell pepper,
  5. 1 onion, sliced
  6. 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
  7. 2 tbsp minced garlic,
  8. 1⁄4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  9. 1⁄4 tsp dried oregano, leaves



  1. Spray large skillet with Pam cooking spray
  2. heat skillet.
  3. Add sausage
  4. stir frequently for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add bell peppers-onion-broth- garlic-pepper flakes-oregano.
  6. Saute all together for 5 minutes
  7. Reduce heat
  8. simmer covered 5 minutes
