  2. 1⁄2 minced green bell pepper,
  3. 4 thinly sliced scallion,
  4. 1⁄3 cup bread crumbs
  5. 1 egg white

  7. 1⁄4 cup sweet and sour sauce
  8. 1⁄2 cup unsweetened applesauce
