  1. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  2. 1 tbsp honey
  3. 2 tsp dried parsley
  4. 2 tsp creole seasoning
  5. 1 tsp olive oil
  6. 2 tsp lowsodium soy sauce
  7. 1 lb large shrimp
  8. 1 olive oil
  9. cooking spray



  1. Preheat oven 450F/230 degrees C).
  2. Coat an 11×7 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Add lemon juice-honey-dried parsley-creole seasoning-olive oil-soy sauce to dish and
  4. stir well to combine.
  5. Add shrimp and
  6. Toss to coat.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes
  8. stirring occasionally.
