Sour and sweet Pork


  • 1 [one] lb of pork tenderloin
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1⁄3 [one three] cup of water
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] cup of rice vinegar
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] cup of white sugar
  • 3 [three] tablespoon of ketchup
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of canola oil
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of fresh minced/peeled ginger
  • 2 [two] minced of garlic cloves
  • 1 [one] bell pepper
  • 1 [one] can or 8 [eight] Oz pineapple chunks

Cooking process;

  • Put one tbsp of cornstarch and pork in the medium/big bowl
  • Toss it to coat
  • Set aside
  • Put one tbsp of sugar,soy sauce, water, vinegar, ketchup and cornstarch in the small bowl
  • Set aside
  • Heat non stick big skillet in over medium/high heat
  • Cooking it until drop water sizzle
  • Add pork and swirl in the olive oil
  • Stir fry for two or three minutes until cooked
  • Add garlic and ginger
  • Stir fry for thirty second until fragrant
  • Add pineapple, bell pepper
  • Stir fry for three minutes until crisp tender
  • Add vinegar
  • Stir it constantly for one or two minutes until all mixture thickens and boils
