  8. 2 tbsp dry sherry/white wine

  1. Combine ground beef-garlic powder-salt-pepper;, mix well.
  2. Shape into 4 half-inch thick patties.
  3. Coat a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray,
  4. place over medium heat until hot.
  5. Add patties; cook 4 minute.
  6. Remove from the skillet; set aside.
  7. Increase heat to medium/high,
  8. add mushrooms-onion-thyme to skillet,
  9. saute 3 minutes.
  10. Add sherry,
  11. saute 1 minute.
  12. Stir in gravy, return patties to skillet.
  13. Cook 2 minutes.
