  1. 1/3 cup sugar
  2. 1/4 cup water
  3. 1/4 cup mint leaves
  4. 4 cups raspberries
  5. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice



  1. Combine sugar-1/4 cup water-mint in a small saucepan over medium heat;
  2. cook 4 minutes or until sugar dissolves,
  3. stirring frequently.
  4. Let stand 30 minutes.
  5. Strain through a sieve over a bowl;
  6. discard solids.
  7. Combine mint syrup-berries; juice in a blender;.
  8. Divide mixture evenly among 9 (4-ounce) ice-pop molds.
  9. Top with lid; insert craft sticks.
  10. Freeze pops overnight or until set.
