Raspberry Balsamic Chicken – Great Chicken Recipe for Weight Loss

Raspberry balsamic chicken is loaded with boneless/skinless chicken breast, salt, black pepper, flour, chicken broth, corn starch, raspberry and balsamic vinegar. This is a great weight watcher recipe for weight loss that cost you 5 points per serving. Cooking this recipe will take time 30 minutes divided into 10 minutes for preparation and 20 minutes for cooking process.

Raspberry balsamic chicken


  • 3 [three] boneless/skinless chicken breast
  • 1 [one] salt
  • 1 [one] black pepper
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] cup of flour
  • 2⁄3 [two three] cup of low fat chicken broth
  • 1 1⁄2 [one and half] teaspoon of corn starch
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of low sugar raspberry
  • 1 1⁄2 [one and half] tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Cooking process;

  • Cut chicken to thin pieces
  • Add seasoning with black pepper and salt
  • Dredge chicken with flour; shake it
  • Cook chicken for fifteen minutes over medium/high heat in the medium/big non-stick skillet
  • Turning halfway chicken
  • Remove chicken from non-stick skillet
  • Mix raspberry; corn starch; chicken broth over medium/high heat in the medium/big skillet
  • Stir it with balsamic vinegar
  • Add chicken to pan and cook for ten minutes
