  1. 6 oz center/-cut lean pork loin chop
  2. 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  3. 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  4. 1⁄4 tsp ground ginger
  5. 1⁄8 tsp garlic powder
  6. 1 large egg white
  7. 1⁄3 cup dry bread crumbs
  8. 1⁄4 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  9. 1⁄4 tsp paprika
  10. 1 dash garlic powder
  11. 1 cooking spray



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Trim fat from chops.
  3. Combine juice- soy sauce- ginger- garlic powder-egg whites in a bowl;
  4. stir well.
  5. Combine breadcrumbs-Italian seasoning-paprika-dash of garlic powder in a shallow dish;
  6. stir well.
  7. Dip chops in juice mixture
  8. dredge in breadcrumbs mixture.
  9. Place chops on a broiler pan
  10. coated with cooking spray.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
