Ingredients;

  • 6 [six] Oz of lean pork loin chop
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of pineapple juice
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1⁄8 [one eight] teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 [one] big of lightly egg white
  • 1⁄3 [one three] cup of dry bread crumbs
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 [one] dash of garlic powder
  • 1 [one] cooking spray

Cooking process;

  • Put pan and preheat to 350 [three hundred fifty] degree Fahrenheit
  • Trim chops to reduce fat
  • Put juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and egg white in the medium bowl
  • Stir all ingredients above well
  • Put paprika, bread crumbs, garlic powder and Italian seasoning in the shallow dish
  • Stir all ingredients above well
  • Dip chops to the juice mixture
  • Dredge to bread crumbs mixture
  • Put chops in the broiler pan
  • Coat with cooking spray
  • Baking for fifty minutes in over 350 [three hundred fifty] degree Fahrenheit
  • Turning until tender after twenty five minutes
