  • 1 [one] can or 10 [ten] Oz of diced tomatoes
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of chopped onion

Cooking process;

  • Put and heat olive oil
  • Put brown rice; cook and toasted
  • Add bell pepper; onion; garlic
  • Add salt; broth; half cup of tomato in the blender; blend them well
  • Add liquid to rice mixture slowly
  • Boil; cover; heat over low heat
  • Simmer for one hour until rice tender
