  1. 1 package/ (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
  2. 4 (4 oz each) boneless/skinless chicken breast
  3. 1 cup salsa
  4. 1⁄4 cup fat-free sour cream

 

Directions

  1. Place chicken breast-taco seasoning in a sealable plastic bag;
  2. shake to coat well.
  3. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray
  4. Place breasts in casserole.
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
  6. Top with salsa about 5 minutes.
  7. Top with sour cream before serving.
