  1. 1 large chopped onion,
  2. 1 large chopped green bell pepper,
  3. Vegetable cooking spray
  4. 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
  5. 1 (10-ounce) can fat-free cream of chicken soup,
  6. 1 (10-ounce) can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  7. 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomato and green chiles
  8. 1 teaspoon chili powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  10. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  11. 12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
  12. 1 (8-ounce) block reduced-fat Cheddar cheese



  1. Sauté onion-bell pepper in a large skillet
  2. coated with cooking spray
  3. heat over medium-high 5 minutes.

  5. remove from heat.
  6. Tear tortillas into 1-inch pieces;
