  1. 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning,
  2. 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  3. 4 (3 oz each) boneless/skinless chicken breast
  4. 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  5. 1⁄2 medium zested and juiced lemon,
  6. 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth



  1. combine lemon pepper seasoning with flour On a large plate.
  2. Pat chicken dry
  3. coat with flour mixture.
  4. Heat butter in a large skillet,
  5. add chicken, and brown for about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Mix together lemon zest and juice with broth.
  7. Pour over chicken,
  8. cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove lid and
  10. cook for another 5 minutes or until juices run clear.
