Ingredients;

  • 1 [one] lb of medium peeled/deveined shrimp
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 2 [two[ teaspoon of cornstarch
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of low salt chicken broth
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of soy-sauce
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of black-bean-sauce
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of chili garlic sauce
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of canola oil
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of fresh minced/peeled ginger
  • 1 [one] onion
  • 1 [one] thin strips of red bell pepper
  • 1 [one] thin strips of green bell pepper
  • 1⁄2 [half] lb trimmed of asparagus
  • 2 [two] cup of cooked brown rice

Cooking process;

  • Add shrimp and one tbsp of cornstarch in the medium/large bowl
  • Toss them well, coat, set aside
  • Add soy sauce; broth; chili garlic sauce; black bean sauce; two tsp of cornstarch in the small/medium bowl
  • Set aside those ingredients above
  • Heat non-stick big wok skillet on medium/high heat
  • Swirl two tsp oil
  • Add shrimp; stir fry it for three minutes
  • Move into plate
  • Swirl one tsp oil and put some onion and ginger
  • Stir fry them for one minute
  • Put asparagus, bell pepper and stir fry for two minutes
  • Put broth and shrimp mixture
  • Cook those ingredients for one minute; stir it constantly
  • Serve with brown rice
