  1. One pound of boneless sirloin steak
  2. One fourth tsp of salt
  3. One fourth tsp of fresh ground black pepper
  4. Cooking spray
  5. one cup of leaf parsley leaves
  6. One cup of basil leaves
  7. Two tbsp of sliced green onions
  8. Two tbsp of virgin olive oil
  9. Two tbsp of low sodium chicken broth
  10. One tbsp of capers
  11. One tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  12. One chopped garlic clove
  13. One can of chopped anchovy fillet



  1. Put grill pan and heat over medium/high heat
