Fresh mango salsa and grilled halibut recipe is loaded with tomatoes, mango, onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic, halibut and olive oil.



  1. Two cup of diced, seeded tomatoes
  2. One and half cup of diced peeled mango
  3. Half cup of diced onion
  4. Half cup of chopped fresh cilantro
  5. Two tbsp of fresh lime juice
  6. One tbsp of cider vinegar
  7. One tsp of sugar
  8. One tsp of salt
  9. One tsp of black pepper
  10. Two minced garlic clove
  11. Six ounce of halibut fillet
  12. One tbsp of olive oil



  1. Put and combine tomatoes, mango, onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice, cider vinegar and sugar.
  2. Stir in half tsp of salt, half tsp of pepper and garlic
  3. Rub halibut fillet with olive oil

  5. Put fish on grill rack
  6. Grill for three minutes
