This is a great weight watcher recipe for dinner and dietary food. Copycat Chili’s Guiltless Grilled Chicken Sandwich is loaded with pineapple juice, soy sauce, salt, smoke flavoring, onion, garlic, chicken breast, Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, vinegar, white hamburger, lettuce and tomato. This recipe will cost you 9 points per serving and need time 30 minutes divided into 15 minutes for preparation and 15 minutes for cooking process.

Copycat Chili’s Guiltless Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients;

  • 1 [one] cup of water
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of salt
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of liquid smoke flavoring
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 [one] dash of garlic powder
  • 4 [four] boneless/skinless chicken breast
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of honey
  • 1 [one] tablespoon of low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 [one] teaspoon of vinegar
  • 4 [four] whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 1 [one] cup of lettuce
  • 4 [four] slice tomato

Cooking process;

  • Put pineapple juice; soy sauce; garlic powder; onion powder; liquid smoke; salt; water in the medium bowl
  • Add chicken; cover; refrigerator for few hour
  • Grill; set to medium/high temperature
  • Take chicken from marinade
  • Grill for four to seven minutes/side
  • Add mayonnaise; vinegar; honey; Dijon mustard in the small bowl
  • Create sandwich with lettuce; tomato; chicken on bootom side hamburger
  • Cover sandwich
  • Serve with honey and mustard sauce
