  7. 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  8. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  9. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  12. 2 (16-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
  13. 2 (15-ounce) cans rinsed and drained black beans,
  14. 1 (15-ounce) can rinsed and drained kidney beans,
  15. 1 (15-ounce) can rinsed and drained pinto beans,



  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium/high heat.
  2. Add onion-bell peppers-garlic;
  3. Sauté 5 minutes.
  4. Add sugar-remaining ingredients,
  5. bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat,
  7. Simmer 30 minutes.
