Ingredients;

  • 8 [eight] medium corn tortilla
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of table salt
  • 4 [four] cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 [one] lb cooked/shredded chicken breast
  • 1 [one] cup of diced tomato
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of shredded low fat Mexican cheese
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of low fat sour cream
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] cup of salsa
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
  • 1 [one] olive oil; flavored cooking spray

Cooking process;

  • Preheat to 400 [four hundred] degree Fahrenheit or 175 [one hundred seventy five] degree Celsius
  • Coating with cooking spray to big baking sheet
  • Put and arrange tortilla in the baking sheet
  • Spray it by using cooking spray
  • Sprinkle it with salt
  • Baking for ten minutes
  • Put tortilla to four side salad bowl
  • Add ¼ lettuce; chicken; cheese; tomato in each bowl
  • Add salsa; sour cream; hot pepper sauce in the small bowl
  • Drizzle for three tbsp each salad
