Chicken noodle soup is loaded with chicken breast, spaghetti, carrot, celery, green onion, dried thyme, dried parsley, salt and black pepper.   1. 8 oz chicken breast,
  2. 5 cup fat free chicken broth
  3. 1 cup thin spaghetti,
  4. 1⁄2 cup chopped carrots,
  5. 1⁄2 cup chopped celery,
  6. 8 thinly sliced green onion,
  7. 1⁄4 tsp dried thyme
  8. 1⁄4 tsp dried parsley
  9. 1 salt
  10. 1 black pepper



  1. Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
  3. spray with cooking spray.
  4. Add chicken; cook, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth-spaghetti-carrots-celery, green onion-thyme-parsley-chicken to a soup pot.
  6. Bring to a boil,
  7. reduce heat,
  8. simmer until the spaghetti is tender.
  9. Season to taste with salt-black pepper.
