Chicken Noodle Soup – Perfect Soup for weight loss

Chicken noodle soup is loaded with chicken breast, chicken broth, spaghetti, carrot, celery, onion, thyme, parsley, salt and black pepper. Chicken noodle soup will cost you 5 points per serving and take time 30 minutes divided into 15 minutes for preparation and 15 minutes for cooking process.

Chicken noodle soup


  • 8 [eight] Oz chicken breast
  • 5 [five] cup of low fat chicken broth
  • 1 [one] cup of spaghetti
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of chopped carrots
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of chopped celery
  • 8 [eight] sliced onion
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1 [one] salt
  • 1 [one] black pepper

Cooking process;

  • Add seasoning to chicken with black pepper and salt
  • Put non-stick skillet and heat over medium/high heat
  • Spraying skillet with cooking-spray
  • place chicken; cooking chicken for three or five minutes
  • Stir chicken constantly until chicken cooked
  • Add spaghetti; chicken broth; celery; carrot; onion; parsley; thyme; chicken in the soup pot
  • Boil pot soup and reduce heat
  • Simmer soup until spaghetti look tender
  • Add seasoning black pepper and salt
