  • 1 [one] lb or 4 [four] Oz boneless/skinless chicken breast
  • 1⁄2 [half] teaspoon of table-salt
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 [one] teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 [one] medium chopped onion
  • 1 [one] medium chopped green pepper
  • 1 [one] medium chopped yellow pepper
  • 1 [one] minced garlic cloves
  • 1⁄2 [half] cup of beef broth/dry red wine
  • 1 [one[ can or 29 [twenty nine] Oz of Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 3 [three] cup of cooked linguine/spaghetti

Cooking process;

  • Add seasoning; pepper and salt to chicken
  • Heat olive oil over medium heat in the big non-stick skillet
  • Add and cook chicken breast for five minutes until browned
