  • 50 [fifty] Oz diced potato
  • 1⁄2 [half] diced onion
  • 4 [four] slice bacon
  • 8 [eight] Oz low fat Velveeta cheese
  • 1⁄4 [one fourth] cup of nonfat sour cream
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of flour
  • 3 [three] tablespoon of water

Cooking process;

  • Add potato; broth in the big pot
  • Cook; cover for twenty minutes
  • Add sauté onion
  • Add flour; water
  • Set aside
  • Stir in sour cream; cheese
  • Simmer until cheese melted
  • Thicken with water; flour
