Ingredients;

  • 1 [one] cup of spaghetti sauce
  • 3⁄4 [three fourth] cup of low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 3⁄4 [three fourth] cup of low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 [two] tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
  • 3⁄4 [three fourth] lb of eggplant

Cooking process;

  • Grill eggplant for five to ten minutes
  • Spray baking pan by using non-stick spray
  • Put eggplant on pan
  • Spread spaghetti sauce
  • Mix mozzarella and cottage cheese
  • Spread over spaghetti sauce
  • Sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese
  • Baking for thirty – thirty five minutes over 350 degree Fahrenheit
