  • 24 [twenty four] baked corn tortilla chips
  • 1 [one] cooking spray

Cooking process;

  • Put big nonstick skillet
  • Coating with cooking spray
  • Heat over medium/high heat for thirty seconds
  • Add celery; onion; garlic to the skillet
  • Cook; stir constantly for five or ten minutes
  • Coating three quart slow cooker with cooking spray
  • Put big skillet over medium/high heat
  • Cook beef for five or six minutes and put meat to slow cooker
  • Add half cup of broth and flour in the small cup
  • Stir them until free lump
  • Pour flour in the skillet
  • Add two and half cup of broth
  • Simmer; scraping up in bottom side of skillet
  • Pour into slow cooker; stir in paprika; pepper; salt; cheese and milk
  • Cover slow cooker
  • Cook for two hour over low heat
  • Serve soup with tortilla chips
