  1. Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender;
  2. process until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine sieve over a bowl;
  4. discard solids.
  5. Stir in juice, nectar, and salt.
  6. Pour mixture into an 8-inch square dish.
  7. Freeze at least 8 hours.
  8. Remove mixture from freezer;
