Aunt Liz’s Chicken Spaghetti Casserole Recipe is loaded with chicken breast, spaghetti noodle, celery, red bell pepper, onion, low sodium chicken broth, salt, black pepper, low sodium cream mushroom soup, cheddar cheese.



  1. 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  2. 2 cups uncooked spaghetti noodles
  3. 1 cup (1/4-inch-thick) slices celery
  4. 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  5. 1 cup chopped onion
  6. 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  9. 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed 30% reduced-sodium 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  10. Cooking spray
  11. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese



  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Combine broth, salt-pepper-soup in a medium bowl,
  4. stirring with a whisk.
  5. Add soup mixture to chicken mixture; toss.
  6. Divide mixture evenly between 2 (8-inch) square
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese.
  8. Cover with foil coated with cooking spray.
  9. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
  10. Uncover; bake for additional 10 minutes.
